This power conditioner has made an almost unbelievable difference in the sounds coming out of my stereo system (a mid-range digital Harmon Kardon receiver).The clarity and depth of the music played now is incredible.The difference is not subtle where only an audiophile can decern the difference….everyone in the family has noticed it.I had to turn the subwoofer down because it has pleanty of power now to keep up.

Primarily purchased to protect/enhance the sound of my downstairs system, very simple Peachtree DAC/AMP, Peachtree desktop speakers, high end Oppo unit for all cd formats. First of all, I immediately noticed a new clarity in the music, it sounded as if if was “jumping” out of the speakers particularly the bass and mids.But all the recordings had a quieter floor and it took less volume turning to get the same amount of sound.Really made the system come alive, surprisingly so.I’ll report back on longevity, as I tend to use for several hours a day minimum.

I bought this in late 2014, and suddenly this week it started making crackling noises and then died… And the warranty is only 3 years for their Elite series, so it’s now a really expensive paper weight.
