Have been using this laptop for a while now...it is a little slow at times but has been solid and reliable. Occasionally the graphics card will bug out a little in Firefox but it doesn't crash and isn't too annoying. Something is screwy with that, the touchscreen driver has disabled itself a few times, it's tricky to reset it but google search will get you through it.
